I love working in teams with motivated and strong colleagues who collaborate interdisciplinary on a busy working day. We see the surrounding people at our workplace, both colleagues and patients. We can trust the management, and everyone contributes by pulling the load together and making each other better. We focus on good quality and good routines, which reflect our excellent reputation and growing patient flow.

Working as a dental hygienist in Orbdent has given me the opportunity to learn, develop and become more confident in my field, because we often have interdisciplinary collaboration and case discussions for the patient’s best experience with us. What makes the workplace even more special is that we have colleagues from different nationalities, so “regardless” of the patient’s ethnicity, we will help and treat in a way that the patient understands.

I like that there is room for everyone. And that each of us gets to flourish and be ourselves in our own unique way. Openness and kindness create security. It is also important to me we want each other well, build each other up and work together. As a therapist, I think it’s magical to work six-hour shifts that provide a great variety in everyday life. Then I come to work charged and ready. I have been able to train, sleep well and run private errands so that I can concentrate on work.

I have worked at Orbdent for almost five years and am delighted with the collaboration. The managers are up-to-date, skilled, motivating, and supportive. In Orbdent, you get the opportunity to climb up the ladder and develop, and we have a team around who cheers you on all the way. It is like being in a big family, and it feels so good.
I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with a specialist because it contributes to good professional growth. Orbdent has given me many opportunities for development in a professional environment where we always get help and support when needed. The company we work for has meaningful and important values that make it extra satisfying to be employed and part of the organisation.
As a surgeon in the group, I have the pleasure of collaborating with Oslo Tannlegesenter Oslo. Right from the start, I have felt like part of a family and not just an employee in any business. It is a personal but still professional environment with us, and the group management is focused on ensuring that the collaboration works well at all levels. I appreciate the support I have received on my way to becoming a professional athlete. This is a good place to develop as a professional, but also as a person.
I commute all the way from Våler outside Moss to work at the Oslo Dental Center. For me, it says everything about how much I enjoy my workplace.
Here I may be myself. Those who know me know how much that means to me. I come from the USA and my personality would not thrive on being less than who I am. An important reason I have interesting working days is the great diversity we represent at the clinic. I don’t need to travel to learn about other cultures. I have many around me every single day.
At us, we work together as a team. Both dentists and management appreciate us as assistants, and it means a lot to know that we are an important part of the value chain. If we encounter challenges, we can address them, and even though we have many employees, we always get problems resolved.
It is a hectic workplace and you have to enjoy having busy days with many tasks. I like that, because then I’m never bored and the working day goes by.

Being able to work in such a diverse working environment has been both important and very motivating. Helping to give clients a better quality of life and a more sustainable world means a lot to me.
The most important thing is to have colleagues who share the company’s values. In addition, I appreciate being able to work with inspiring people, and to share my everyday life with people from such different backgrounds.
In Orbdent, I noticed that the management gave me confidence. The big difference for me has been the follow-up, which has allowed me to grow in the position of clinic coordinator. All the responsibilities I was given were also followed up, so that I felt great security in the role’s performance.
